For lash lifts and brow laminations, we recommend avoiding makeup, water, and steam for 24 hours to allow the treatment to set properly. After that, you can return to your normal routine.

Please arrive with clean lashes and brows where possible. Avoid eye makeup, mascara, heavy creams, or sunblock around the eye area on the day of your appointment. Oil-based products can interfere with how treatments set.
If you don’t have time to remove makeup, don’t stress, we can take care of it in salon.
Avoid curling your lashes beforehand, as this can affect how products or extensions adhere.
If you have sensitivities, allergies, or concerns around your eyes or skin, let us know so we can tailor the service for you.

We’ll start with a consultation to assess your eye shape, natural lashes or brows, and the look you’re hoping to achieve.
Once you’re comfortable, you’ll lie back and relax while we prepare the area and begin the treatment. You can chat, zone out, or enjoy the quiet; it’s your time.
Throughout the appointment, we’ll check in with you and talk you through what’s happening. If anything feels uncomfortable or you have questions, just let us know.
